A pop up is confirmed to be at your spot Saturday night. What now? What can I do to make it a good event for both of us?

1. Introduce the pop up to your guests

Give the pop up a shout out. Introduce them and engage them to your regulars and community.

2. Don’t allow food ordering from other restaurants

If you have a machine for ordering. Turn it off. If you have outside menus. Put them away. Pop up came all the way and prepped all the food for your guests. Respect the pop up and their time.

3. Social media. Newsletter. Posters

Promote the event on social media. Send out a newsletter to your community. Put out posters in every corner of your location to let the neighborhood know ahead of time.

4. Work a deal with the pop up

If you buy food from the pop up you get a dollar off the beer. Be creative and have fun with it.
